How to verify a document by number

1. Enter the number or INN on the S-34.ru main page

2. Open the document from the results

3. Check the document's key information and its status

What certificate and declaration statuses mean

Open the document on our website and click the "View document on FSA" button. On the FSA page, in the upper right corner there will be a button to download the extract, click it and you will get a PDF with a cryptographic signature. The extract confirms that the record exists in the registry and captures its status at the time of download. Since 2020, a registry-based model has been in effect (RF Government Decree No. 1856), the registry entry at FSA is what matters legally, and the extract captures its contents. The authenticity of extracts is ensured by the Rosaccreditation blockchain network. Please note: the FSA website is only accessible from EAEU country IP addresses. If you are outside the EAEU, you may need to route your connection through an EAEU-based network. Use a desktop computer: the FSA site works most reliably in Yandex Browser or Chrome.

A status is the state of a certificate or declaration record in the Rosaccreditation (FSA) registry. Status data on our website updates with a delay: check legally significant information against the FSA registry record.

Active
The document confirms conformity. Sale is allowed.
Suspended
Validity is temporarily suspended. Sale is not allowed until the document is reinstated.
Revoked
Validity has ended permanently. Sale requires a new document.
Annulled
Issued with violations and never valid. Even batches already released are barred from sale.
Archived
The validity period expired or the document was replaced by a new one. Sale is not allowed without a valid document.
A revoked document was issued legally and confirmed conformity while it was valid: batches released during that period remain legal. An annulled document was issued with violations and legally never existed.

Document not found in the registry?

Possible reasons:

  • Entry delay: new documents do not appear in the registry immediately
  • Typo in the number: try searching by the applicant's INN instead of the document number

The document may also be missing from the FSA registry if it is:

Voluntary certificate

Voluntary certificates are not included in the FSA registry. There is no unified registry, each system maintains its own.

SGR (state registration certificate)

An SGR is issued for baby food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, household chemicals, and other sanitary products. Check at fp.crc.ru

Document from another EAEU country

Each country maintains its own registry. Official registries may be unavailable when accessed from outside the EAEU.

Russia

Belarus

Kazakhstan

Kyrgyzstan

Armenia

EAEU unified registry

  • tech.eaeunion.org: all countries, but extremely slow, better to use national registries

A document that appears in no registry does not confirm product conformity: this is a sign of a fake. How the paper form looks does not matter.

If the document cannot be found: message us, we'll help you figure it out.

Frequently asked questions

Enter the number on S-34.ru or on pub.fsa.gov.ru. If the document is found in the Rosaccreditation registry and its status is "Active", it is authentic. The paper form alone does not confirm authenticity.
A certificate is issued by an accredited certification body based on testing in an accredited laboratory (Art. 25, Federal Law 184-FZ). A declaration is registered by the applicant independently: based on their own evidence or testing in an accredited laboratory (Art. 24, Federal Law 184-FZ). Which document is required for specific products is determined by the technical regulation.
An extract is an official PDF document from the FSA registry with a cryptographic signature. Since 2021, the registry model applies (Federal Law 184-FZ): the registry entry itself carries legal force, not the paper form or PDF.
Yes. FSA registry extracts contain a QR code linking to the registry entry: scan it and the document record opens in the Rosaccreditation registry. Extract authenticity is confirmed by the Rosaccreditation blockchain network.
