2. Open the document from the results
3. Check the document's key information and its status
What certificate and declaration statuses mean
A status is the state of a certificate or declaration record in the Rosaccreditation (FSA) registry. Status data on our website updates with a delay: check legally significant information against the FSA registry record.
- Active
- The document confirms conformity. Sale is allowed.
- Suspended
- Validity is temporarily suspended. Sale is not allowed until the document is reinstated.
- Revoked
- Validity has ended permanently. Sale requires a new document.
- Annulled
- Issued with violations and never valid. Even batches already released are barred from sale.
- Archived
- The validity period expired or the document was replaced by a new one. Sale is not allowed without a valid document.
Document not found in the registry?
Possible reasons:
- Entry delay: new documents do not appear in the registry immediately
- Typo in the number: try searching by the applicant's INN instead of the document number
The document may also be missing from the FSA registry if it is:
Voluntary certificate
Voluntary certificates are not included in the FSA registry. There is no unified registry, each system maintains its own.
SGR (state registration certificate)
An SGR is issued for baby food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, household chemicals, and other sanitary products. Check at fp.crc.ru
Document from another EAEU country
Each country maintains its own registry. Official registries may be unavailable when accessed from outside the EAEU.
Russia
- pub.fsa.gov.ru/rss/certificate: certificates of conformity
- pub.fsa.gov.ru/rds/declaration: declarations of conformity
Belarus
- tsouz.belgiss.by: conformity assessment documents
Kazakhstan
- techreg.kezekte.kz: certificates and declarations
Kyrgyzstan
- swis.trade.kg: certificates and declarations
Armenia
- armnab.am: National Accreditation Body
EAEU unified registry
- tech.eaeunion.org: all countries, but extremely slow, better to use national registries
A document that appears in no registry does not confirm product conformity: this is a sign of a fake. How the paper form looks does not matter.
