How to search effectively
Please note that the search primarily operates in Russian due to the specific document database we work with. The system searches by exact match of all filled fields. Fill in as few fields as possible: one typo and the document will not be found.
Search by document number
To search by number (EAEU RU X-RU.0010.X. xxxxx/yy ) enter only the last part: xxxxx/yy . For accuracy, supplement the search with TIN or Applicant.
Search by organization
When searching by organization name, do not specify the legal form ("ООО", "АО"). For example, to search for "ООО ВЕКТОР " it is enough to enter only ВЕКТОР.
TN VED (HS Code)
Search has two modes. Let's use code 8471 (computing machines) as an example:
• In standard mode, query 8471 will find all documents with codes starting with these digits: 847130 (laptops), 847150 (desktop units) and so on.
• With Exact Match enabled, only documents with code 8471.
