How to search effectively
Please note that the search primarily operates in Russian due to the nature of to the specific document database we work with. The system searches for documents by exact match of all filled fields. Use minimum fields for search to avoid situations where a document is not displayed due to inaccuracy in one of the parameters.
Search by document number
To search by number (EAEU RU X-RU.0010.X. xxxxx/yy ) enter only the last part: xxxxx/yy . For accuracy, supplement the search with TIN or Applicant.
Search by organization
When searching by organization name, do not specify the legal form ("ООО", "ОАО"). For example, to search for "ООО ВЕКТОР ", it is enough to enter only ВЕКТОР.
TN VED (HS Code)
Search has two modes:
• In standard mode, query xxxx will find all documents with codes that start with these digits - xxxx, xxxx yyyyyy, xxxx zzzzzz etc.
• With Exact Match enabled - only documents with code xxxx.
Up-to-date Information
Document statuses are updated with delay. For current information, use the direct link to FSA within the document.
